The KazFelTec production line is built on Italian Cormatex equipment and features Airlay technology — one of the most advanced systems for manufacturing nonwoven materials.
Key Stages of Production:
1. Wool Reception and Sorting
Raw wool is received, cleaned of coarse impurities, and prepared for processing.
2. Burr Removal and Opening
Fibers are loosened, and natural contaminants such as burrs and mineral particles are removed.
3. Washing and Drying
Wool is washed using a five-chamber system, then continuously dried.
Production output: up to 2 tons of clean fiber per shift.
Up to 94% of water is recovered and reused in the cycle.
4. Web Formation (Airlay Technology)
Fibers are blended and aerodynamically laid into a uniform web, followed by thermal bonding or needle punching, depending on the product type.
5. Final Processing
The material is calibrated for density, cut, and packaged into rolls, mats, or panels.
