Production

The KazFelTec production line is built on Italian Cormatex® equipment and features Airlay technology — one of the most advanced systems for manufacturing nonwoven materials.

Key Stages of Production:

1

Wool Reception and Sorting:

Raw wool is received, cleaned of coarse impurities, and prepared for processing.

2

Burr Removal and Opening:

Fibers are loosened, and natural contaminants such as burrs and mineral particles are removed.

3

Washing and Drying:

Wool is washed using a five-chamber system, then continuously dried. Production output: up to 2 tons of clean fiber per shift. Up to 94 % of water is recovered and reused in the cycle.

4

Web Formation (Airlay Technology):

Fibers are blended and aerodynamically laid into a uniform web, followed by thermal bonding or needle punching, depending on the product type.

Final Processing:

The material is calibrated for density, cut, and packaged into rolls, mats, or panels.
