Kazakhstan’s Minister of Agriculture, Aidarbek Saparov, visited the construction site of the KazFelTec plant in Aktobe. The project represents the country’s first facility for the production of nonwoven materials, with a primary focus on thermal and acoustic insulation made from natural sheep wool.
During the visit, the Minister was introduced to the construction phases, the production concept, and the Cormatex Airlay technology, for which KazFelTec is the exclusive partner in Kazakhstan. The project holds significant socio-economic value by creating jobs, supporting the processing of local raw materials, and contributing to the development of the industry.
The company also aims to strengthen cooperation with local farms, building a sustainable model for regional raw material sourcing.
